This Privacy Policy explains how Tabetha Klein, REALTOR® operating as Making ILM Home through Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects information you provide when using makingilmhome.com. By using this site you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
When you submit a contact form or lead form on this site, we collect:
- Your name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Message or inquiry details
- Whether you checked the box consenting to calls and texts, and the date and time your message was submitted. We do not record your IP address.
- Which page you were on when you sent it, and which form you used — so a reply can pick up where you left off.
Analytics and server logs
This site runs no analytics service and no advertising trackers. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, and no cross-site tracking of any kind, so no consent banner is required under GDPR or CCPA.
Our web host keeps ordinary server access logs — the IP address a request came from, the time, the page requested, and the browser’s user-agent string. Those logs exist to keep the site secure and to diagnose faults. They are not used to build a profile of you, and they are not sold or shared.
Maps
The neighborhood and service-area maps draw their background tiles from a third-party map service — CARTO, unless the site has been switched to OpenStreetMap — using OpenStreetMap data either way. When a page with a map loads, your browser requests those tiles directly from that service, which necessarily tells them your IP address; their privacy terms govern what they do with it. No cookie is set, and we send them nothing about you. Every map on this site is also written out as a plain list of places in the page itself, so you can read it without loading the map at all.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit to:
- Respond to your real estate inquiries
- Schedule property showings and consultations
- Send you listing alerts and market updates you request
- Contact you by phone or text if you provided a number and gave consent
Where your enquiry goes
- This website itself — your enquiry is stored in this site’s own database and emailed to Tabetha Klein. No customer-relationship or marketing platform receives it automatically. If we connect one, this section will say so before it happens.
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.
3. Cookies & Tracking
This site uses no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking. Specifically:
- No analytics cookies — this site runs no analytics or advertising service, so an ordinary visitor is set no cookie at all.
- Administration cookies — WordPress sets a session cookie only when someone signs in to this site’s administration area.
- The client portal — the Sign in link in the header goes to app.makingilmhome.com, a separate service with its own cookies and its own privacy terms. What you do there is governed by that service, not by this policy.
4. Your Rights
You may request at any time:

- Correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion of your data from our systems
- Revocation of any consent you previously granted (including SMS/call consent)
