Hi — I’m Tabi. I’ve called the Cape Fear coast home since 2021, and I became a REALTOR® because I love this place — the waterways, the seasons, the small-town warmth with a beach attached. Coastal Carolina isn’t just somewhere to live; it’s a lifestyle, and my favorite thing in the world is helping people find their spot in it.
Most of the people I work with are moving here from out of state, buying a first home, or chasing a little salt air — and every one of them gets the same me: real numbers, straight answers, and zero pressure. Whether you’re comparing your current rent to a Wilmington mortgage or weighing two neighborhoods against your budget and your commute, I’d rather help you make a confident decision than a fast one.
When I’m not doing real estate, I’m cooking. To me, the kitchen is the heart of a home — it’s the room where a house becomes yours — and that love turned into Tabetha’s Table, my recipe blog, where I help home cooks feed the people they love with confidence.

How we got here.

01 · Frederick, MD
We renovated a 1970s rancher
Gutted the main floor and lived in the basement while the work happened over our heads. The hardest thing we’ve done, and the house we learned the most from.
02 · Lake Linganore, MD
We built one from the slab up
Nine months in a rental, a construction loan, and a decision every single day. I visited the site far more often than our builder would have liked.
03 · 2021, the coast
We moved to Wilmington and stayed
Two kids, a moving truck and a lot of questions. Then a kitchen remodel, a backyard pool, and the realization that we’d stopped looking for the next house.
04 · Today
Now I help you do the same
All of that turned into this: helping people find their own place between the river and the sea, with someone who has done the moving, the renovating and the building herself.
A few things about me.

I went to culinary school before I ever sold a house. I still judge a kitchen by where the sheet trays live.

We’ve renovated one house, built one and remodeled one. I have opinions about all three, and the photos to back them up.

Every client gets my 1-to-10 stress question at our first meeting. The answer changes which houses we look at.

During our kitchen remodel the smoker was the oven for three months. Costco lasagna has never been so good.

I host the ILM Realtor podcast, where local pros explain insurance, title, wills and wire fraud in plain English.
